First, the Basics

Ice cold water will warm you up faster than hot coffee or a shot of brandy!

To jump start any diet, try drinking at least 8 glasses of ice-cold water a day. Your body's own "thermostat" will turn up your furnace to rewarm you and burn calories with no extra effort. No drugs, no supplements -- just ice-cold water!

When you learn which foods burn fat and which foods turn to fat (did you know, one expert claims lettuce is fattening!), losing body fat becomes easy and effortless. All you have to do is stick to your plan, do regular cardio exercise and get the right amount of sleep. Your body will take care of the rest!
